If you are a customer of our sister company 'Kellys Pet Care', delivery is FREE and no mimimum order is required. To qualify, you would have had to have used the Boarding or Home Visits service for your pet on at least one previous occasion. We do offer a cash on delivery for Kellys Pet Care customers, so if you would like this option please contact us with your order, rather than placing it online.
If you are a customer of 'Kellys Pet Care' and are using this site for the first time, please contact us and we will send you your voucher code to claim your free delivery. This can then be used on all future orders, and no repeat voucher code is required.

Our Couriers: We work with many UK couriers to ensure you recieve your goods in perfect condition, and on time. Although this can vary we primarily use UPS, Hermes & Nightfreight to carry out our deliveries.
Added Benefit: Should you live within the London area we operate your delivery using our own drivers. The benefit ....... you choose your perfect delivery day and time that suits you. We will contact you once we have recieved your order to inform you which days and times we have available in your area, and you let us know which you would prefer.
Late/ Lost Parcels: Should your delivery fail to arrive within the expected delivery time (as stated in your delivery option) please contact us immediately. We will begin an investigation with the holding courier to find out the location of the parcel, and update you within 24 hours when you should expect to recieve it. We do endevour to ensure that you recieve your order within the time frames allocated to each delivery option, and will raise a complaint on your behalf should one of our carriers fail to provide this. However, we do not offer refunds or compensation for late deliveries, arrising from circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer you the option of a refund, or resend your order out to you, whichever you would prefer at no extra cost to yourself.
Damaged Parcels: If you have recieved your order and it is damaged, please inform us within 7 working days. We will then make every effort to ensure your satisfaction by either resending your order or refunding you for your damaged items. We may require futher information from you on the damages, such as photographic evidence, and this will be investigated with the responsible courier to prevent this in the future. Failure to notify us of any damages within 7 working days of receiving your order, is subject to KPC review.
