- We commit to providing our customers with excellent customer service, from product ordering to delivery.
- We do offer refunds and accept returns on any damaged/ and or defective goods, excluding food items.
- We do not offer a Credit Account at this time.
- We do reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, in the consistant event of late payment in relation to our Cash on Delivery option.
- We guarantee that the contact information and/ or any informations relating to your personal details will not be used for any reason apart from that which is neccessary to dispatch and send your item. No information will be passed onto any third parties, and will be used only for the purpose of KPC Pet Supplies contacting you direct in relation to your order, and/ or sending your item via third party carriers.
Refunds & Returns Policy:
We will only offer refunds and arrange returns on items which are:
1. Damaged or defective
2. Where the item is clearly different from the description that is listed
3. Where the item is not recieved. We will only offer a refund on items not recieved once we have confirmed with the carrier via tracking that it is lost/ not recieved. We do not offer refunds on items whereby the parcel is recieved after the estimated delivery date should the item have been recieved.
Should you like to return an item for any of the above reasons please contact us and we can arrange the return or a replacement for you (in instances of items not recieved). Please note we do not offer reimbersement for postage in regards to returning an item, and any refund offered will be for the item(s) purchased and will exclude the original delivery charge. Items which are confirmed with the carrier by KPC as not recieved/ delivered, will be allocated a full refund including postage.
All items which are recieved either damaged or defective must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Failure to do this may result in a refund not being allocated to you.
